Information regarding the customer derived from its use of software within the Service (the "Data") is owned by the customer and entrusted to Infonetica Ltd. Infonetica Ltd shall not sell, share, or rent the Information.


Users register to use the Service and certain features of ReDA and during registration are required to provide contact information (including name and e-mail address) ("Contact Information"). Contact Information is used to contact users regarding services offered on or through the Service and/or the Site.


All customer information provided to Infonetica Ltd during the course of discussions and negotiations prior to or during the customer's contractual usage period, are confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party by Infonetica Ltd without the customer's express written consent.

Log Files

Infonetica Ltd uses IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the Site, monitor usage, improve the Service, and gather broad demographic Information for Infonetica Ltd 's aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to any Information.


Infonetica Ltd does not share aggregated demographic information with any third party.


From time-to-time, the Site may request information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary. Information requested may include contact information and demographic information ("Survey Information"). Survey Information will be used to monitor and improve the Site.


This website takes every precaution to protect customer Information. All Information is restricted in Infonetica Ltd's offices. Only employees who need the Information to perform a specific job are granted access to the Information. Infonetica Ltd employees use password-protected screen savers when they leave their desk; when they return, they must re-enter their password to gain access to the Information. Further, employees are kept up-to-date on Infonetica Ltd's security and privacy practices and are regularly notified and/or reminded that it is important to safeguard customer privacy.

Service Updates

Infonetica Ltd will send users a brief announcement upon the completion of a major update to the Service and/or the Site. Users are not able to unsubscribe from these announcements because they contain important information about the Service and/or the Site. Communications with users will be by e-mail, telephone or standard mail service.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information

Subscribers to the ReDA service can update their Information at any time through their group administrator, using the Administration module.

Notification of Changes

Should Infonetica Ltd amend or otherwise alter this Statement, we will post these changes on the Site. You are always welcome to read the then-current Statement to become familiar with the Information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we might disclose it.
